Terms of service

Last updated: October 2, 2026

These terms cover your use of the hosted Family Hub service (“Family Hub”, “the service”) at thefamilyhub.online and its subdomains. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Your account

You must be an adult (18 or over, or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. You’re responsible for the family hub you create, for the people you add to it, and for keeping your sign-in details safe. Please give us a working email address: it’s how you sign in and how we contact you about your account.

Free trial

New accounts get a free 30-day trial with no card required. At the end of the trial your hub is paused unless you’ve chosen a plan. A paused hub keeps its information for 60 days; after that it is deleted permanently.

Plans and payment

Your content

What you and your family put in your hub belongs to you. You give us permission to store, process and display it only so we can run the service for you. You’re responsible for having the right to add anything you upload or connect.

Acceptable use

Please don’t use Family Hub to break the law, to store or share content that is illegal or harmful, to try to access other families’ hubs or our systems, to overload or disrupt the service, or to resell it. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Availability and backups

We work hard to keep Family Hub running and back every hub up nightly, but the service is provided “as is” and we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may improve, change or retire features over time. If we ever shut the service down, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice and a way to download your information.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Family Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.

Ending your account

You can delete your hub and account at any time from my.thefamilyhub.online; this deletes your family’s information and cancels any subscription. We may close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date above and email account holders before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
